As Google is trying to take more "control" of Android ecoystem by releasing Pixel, Samsung moves in the right direction. Some might consider Tizen as a failsafe or backup, but in the end, it could surprise everyone. At least the state it is now is a whole lot better than Firefox OS or any other Linux based smartphone OS.
