LOL they will come back with Note 8 or whatever that might be labelled! Don't see the fuss really. Of course Samsung messed up big time, but seriously come on!!! These news are going on for too long now!
.alpha, 13 Oct 2016Lier lier pants on fire. If you actually spend the time and discovered why the battery was ... moreThe CPSC oversaw the recall and authorised the replacements. So you are obviously wrong. You also don't seem to understand why Samsung would do it on purpose when it clearly doesn't benefit them.
Lier lier pants on fire.
If you actually spend the time and discovered why the battery was exploding you wouldn't have to issue a second recall but no, you pretended to fix the issue so you can get replacement units out the door ASAP to hold market share.
Not only does Samsung have bad engineering Samsung also have bad safety protocol. You lied about safety issue and that's something no one should forget.
AnonD-576206, 13 Oct 2016Ah, an LG fanboy I see...Lol,no but that's on a need to know bacis, and quite frankly you don't need to know,LG ! Give me some credit. Lol
Too many half baked phones for me. Every new Galaxy S and every new Note promises to fix LagWiz, but it never happens. Now the S7 is slower than... not only this year's iPhone 7 but last years iPhone 6S! Enough is enough. Bye.
The only reason to stick to Samsung is the Note love. If they discontinue Note, there are so many better options to chose from.
AnonD-514016, 13 Oct 2016I feel so emotional right now as a Samsung fanboy especially hearing the "Note" line might be ... moreDo you have a source for that? The "Note" line singlehandedly turned "phablet" from a joke to a multi-billion-dollar market, so it seems unlikely to be going anywhere anytime soon. But it could merge with the S-series. A 5,7" S8 Edge with an S-pen would basically BE a Note 8.
Alien , 13 Oct 2016Afrer all of this, not only the Note series is OVER, but Shamesung is OVER!
26 BILLION dollar... moreIt fell by 26 billion after the first recall, and then rose to historic highs. Now it dropped and is currently rising again.
Even with the recall, there will probably be more people refusing to return it than the number of people owning any flagship from Sony LOL. Sony's revenue is 33% less than it was last year. Even with the recall, Samsung hasn't seen the same drop that Sony has just by being their crappy self. Hahahaha.
this was bound to happen.samsung have gone too fur. They are making phones with cheap material without quality control and out of the world price.I hope they have learned their lesson and people should avoid samsung untill they come back as innovative and competitive company as they used to be.
AnonD-424566, 13 Oct 2016Our comiserations,enjoy lolAh, an LG fanboy I see...
Afrer all of this, not only the Note series is OVER, but Shamesung is OVER!
26 BILLION dollars so far and the amount is rising each day. By the end of the next week we'll be Samsung who?
Also, their washing machines explode too :))
I wouldn't use one of their products now even if they payed me..
Apple fanboys and sammy haters be poppin' champagne right now....Enjoy ur time fellas..I'm waiting for S8
Samsung = Google's muppet
I have lost trust in Them, long, long ago
I feel so emotional right now as a Samsung fanboy especially hearing the "Note" line might be scrapped. However, I'll wipe my tears and still stick to Samsung cos no other phone maker satisfies me.
