Anonymous, 14 Oct 2016If they do not include this function, will you use other seal-battery phones ? Remember LG is always there for you

Not everyone is happy with Samsung, but you never know they still have the opportunity to surprise me.
IMO those who bought S6/S7 and their Edge variants are happy with their devices and with probably stick with Samsung.
Those who bought Note 5 or Note 7, it'll be 50-50 or sth like that.
And the ones who bought J-A-Cs or other mid and low range Samsung phones will stick with their phones, after all they probably don't spend that much money on phones, or simply don't care.
So many people dying to change their phones?
Isn't Note4 still out there? If removable battery is such a big deal, just slap on a new battery and wait 1 more year. Whats the biggy?
But i guess the planned obsolescence has to do with lag and non updates then it is for removable batteries :)

They are first fashion toys and then smartphones. Good to see at least Samsung is paying for this idiocratic policy.
AnonD-361328, 14 Oct 2016He said Dual sim+SD,not Dual Sim/SD. That means he want Dedicated SD card slot. Ok but I don't think that's available now because I saw hybrid option in most the low end phones too!
BigMillions, 14 Oct 2016The only people who will be affected is Samsung's first time buyers. Otherwise, no manufacture... moreThat's a very senile comparison... How can anyone in their right mind compare Samsung with their mom? A company that continually makes profits on the it's customers without delivering a requsite satisfaction...Please Samsung is not your mom, your aunty or friend, they only see you as a customer and a cash cow, they are only interested on how to make money from you and new ways to make more money from gullible people like you, that being said, all mobile phone manufacturers are exactly the same but with a small difference of some being more greedy than the others. I don't think you have used the flagship phones from top brands like Sony, HTC, LG and Xiaomi, if you have over the years, then I'm sure you would have realised that Samsung has a very mediocre build quality, laggy UI and less than durable battery that depreciates under a year.
The time has passed when people can be enslaved to one brand, like the age of BlackBerry and Nokia, now phone users are well informed and have choices, if the current Samsung users are not happy with what they are paying for, they can also switch brands and switch again if they are not satisfied, it's not a free food from your mom.
Samsung has failed with the Note 7, they didn't properly test it before it was released, most of their customers have lost trust in them and cannot be blamed for switching brands, I don't feel sorry for Samsung, they lost a huge chunk of their money and prestige because of their own incompetence, I hope they have learned their lesson this time around.
A Note 4 user here & will buy another Samsung as my next phone. Nobody can best that display & camera in Samsung phones.
Sadly, only S`s, Notes and iPhones produce great photos. Thus, Samsung pricing is fair. Anyone can put a Snapdragon 820 inside plus a clean launcher and create a spaceship, but great photos do not come so easily.
Burrying a Li-Ion or Li-Po battery inside a IP68 casing is gambling. Aluminium casing releases the heat dissipated inside the casing BUT the glass is an insulator and battery heats up much (during charging and CPU intensive gaming) to the danger point. Any engineers in Samsung?

I think Samsung has handled the situation really well ,other manufacturers may of not handled this in this way ,but by the looks of things it's not just Samsung having the issue http://www.express.co.uk/life-style/science-technology/719587/Apple-iPhone-Explode-Battery what is coming to light is when you have several different suppliers of the same component ,quality control can sometimes slip but one thing is certain ,in a world reliant on li-on batteries ,any device using them has potential to catch fire
Will just buy what I think is the best phone next year regardless of brand. I think we all know all brands produce good and bad products.

AnonD-405901, 14 Oct 2016S7 Edge has hybrid dual sim-SD card and currently best smartphone in the world!Hybrid dual sim is useless for me, unless it has 128GB memory, which is insanely expensive, especially with a non-removable battery and from Samsung! And curved screen is totally impractical. So is glass back.
Those who won't buy samsung again shouldn't have been loyal customers indeed . IMHO Samsung did its best to alleviate the predicament.
Flaw in a high end technological device isn't uncommon at all .
Anonymous, 14 Oct 2016Just don't buy a smartphone then. No phones out there match your expectations.Well i did buy a phone with 2 sim slots and an sd card , and all the basic sensors for $200. Yet it lacks removable battery and good speaker, but at least it's cheap and still much more functional .
