I do think you are very dedicated to trolling as you are using an anonymous account and have to come back all the time in the comment section and check one by one if someone replied to your elementary school level troll. This is, once again, assuming that you are the same anonymous person and not trying to steal the identity of the other failed troll.
Mkdc, 23 Oct 2016I really don't know what your point is. Im so sorry. I thought i was replying to someone that hsd at least some level of readinf comprehension skills.
I didnt realized you were clueless. How unfair of me to assume otherwise and make you look worse.
Anonymous, 22 Oct 2016Yeah nice try.....well not really. Good fail lolI really don't know what your point is.
Mkdc, 21 Oct 2016so you only read news articles titles. Got itYeah nice try.....well not really. Good fail lol
AnonD-126854, 20 Oct 2016Samsung gave to any lab in the World and US chance to examine the Note7. Many were working on ... moreSo you believe that it was a planned conspiracy?
But, how can you justify Samsung recalling the Note for a battery change? They did recall it so quick after investigation, that anyone would believe they have an actual reason. Later, they are the ones who recommended people to power down their Note 7's.
Secondly, how can people claim fire fire now? The recall has been initiated, right? Most have powered down and are waiting to replace, or have replaced.
Till date, even I'm trying to find the physical reason for these fires, I mean which component went wrong or so... But your post made me think otherwise for a second...
Anonymous, 20 Oct 2016So you never read any articles. Got itso you only read news articles titles. Got it
sa11oum, 19 Oct 2016Are they seriously seeking 267 bucks per person? And 38 people are suing? Just settle the $10k... morelol that's probably worth a lot there with what they're asking in their local currency!
Anonymous, 19 Oct 2016Samsung asked people to sue with that amount, and definitely Samsung will pay right away. So, ... moreThis law suit will fail
Here is why
It is a contract for services, the service is provided by the networks
Network provide the note 7 "free"!
your FREE Note 7 based access the tariff you are on minutes / text / data
if you lose the phone damage the, you replace it yourself, NOT Samsung , nor the network
The claim is against the network,
this is a nice "con" but for the fact that no one is paying Samsung for the phone
any relief for NOT having a phone is the network, they are the ones the direct debit is being paid to
So the cost of a Note 7 unlocked is say $900
The contract over 2 years is cost MORE.
Even if you don't understand law understand the logic, if you buy an airplane ticket and say Chicago is snowed in, you don sue Boeing
Anonymous, 19 Oct 2016Read the article first. If everything went as fine as you are saying then they wouldn't be get... moreLol. You were schooled and now still twisting and dragging it on.
If you didn't do something wrong you wouldn't be getting sued....lmao!!!
Wow you are naive

AnonD-428442, 19 Oct 2016Fact is fact. Try going outside your parent's basement once in a while.Yes fact is fact. Thank you for realizing that you were wrong.
Nice attempt at.. .nah. it was a pretty weak attempt actually lol. Patents basement lolol
Anonymous, 20 Oct 2016Because there are no proofs they exploded. There has been cases of on and off for years. Where have you been
Jarret, 19 Oct 2016Why they didn't sued Apple when 10 iPhone6 exploded in 2015?Because there are no proofs they exploded.
Anonymous, 19 Oct 2016Samsung asked people to sue with that amount, and definitely Samsung will pay right away. So, ... moreSo that suit is already in favour of Samsung while the customers, who bore all the tensions and now getting what? Not even half amount of their phones.
Come in a hurry to beat anyone is not a good idea. They skipped Note 6 name so the myth will haunt them forever.
AnonD-4254, 19 Oct 2016I think they should give Samsung a break for exploding phones,
but definitely not for postpon... moreSamsung gave to any lab in the World and US chance to examine the Note7. Many were working on it day and night so far.
And no one found anything wrong with Note7. No one even reproduce the explosion like reported cases or find any reason.
BTW all the explosions stopped after the ban, no matter that over million was/are still in use.
So think....if you can
I think they should give Samsung a break for exploding phones,
but definitely not for postponing and troubling users even after they are confirmed to have a defective phone.
Anonymous, 19 Oct 2016Yeah um nice try. Its all pretty much known fact what i said. The only one point you made is... moreFact is fact. Try going outside your parent's basement once in a while.
Jarret, 19 Oct 2016Why they didn't sued Apple when 10 iPhone6 exploded in 2015?People are not stupid. They don't file a lawsuit when they (users) caused the phones to explode, such as using third party charger, using a third party battery, falling on the phone, piercing the battery, etc. In note 7's case, it was manufacturer's defect, it was a phone-wide lemon. EVERY note 7 owners SHOULD get a compensation for all the troubles they got into for buying a supposedly high end quality product.
Anonymous, 19 Oct 2016Whether that is true or not does not change the fact of everything i said. Even if true they s... moreRead the article first. If everything went as fine as you are saying then they wouldn't be getting sued.
And that's after you debunk all other facts. They aren't even accepting phones bought from other countries. Many third world countries haven't even heard of a recall yet.
