deepairdiver, 19 Oct 2016Samsung should pay them off and then ban the recipient of the pay off to ever own a Samsung pr... moreThey can't do that unless they want their company closed. Exclusivity will only lead to more problems in the future. Cause if they do that then they will lose other people trust since the people suing are not doing anything wrong. Samsung is in the wrong position.
Anonymous, 19 Oct 2016It turned bad with Note 5. So good riddance I say.
Just add wacom support to Galaxy S serie... moreThey won't merge these two cause two series means more profit.
If they thought on customers behalf they just might but that's not how Shamesug works.
Anonymous, 19 Oct 2016They never did anything until they had to. Everything was done for their own self interest.
... moreWhether that is true or not does not change the fact of everything i said. Even if true they still handled it in a timely fashion and still are accepting all devices for refund.
So you disproved nothing and made no point
sa11oum, 19 Oct 2016Are you serious? What LESS can they do!!!! They sold you a phone that blows up and they don't ... moreUm....obviously you don't read a word i said or any of the articles that had the info.
Come back even you have grown up and can read
Mega Greymon, 19 Oct 201610 Iphone is less than having 35 S7 Note exploding up. Yah...I don't own a S7 Note. I'm happy ... moreOh wow. It was 10 instead of 35.....that must mean it wasn't an issue then....that makes sense
AadiRizvi, 19 Oct 2016So all this drama for mere $267 per person? lmao they cannot even buy Samsung's A series in th... moreSamsung asked people to sue with that amount, and definitely Samsung will pay right away. So, another people can not sue more amount than that.
Note7 owner, 19 Oct 2016I have joined my local court case against Samsung. We now have over 100 ex Samsung Note 7 on t... moreBet you don't even own a S7 Note over all don't have a case for the court to even look at you if your so naïve.
Jarret, 19 Oct 2016Why they didn't sued Apple when 10 iPhone6 exploded in 2015?10 Iphone is less than having 35 S7 Note exploding up. Yah...I don't own a S7 Note. I'm happy with removable battery for my S5 phone.
Samsung should pay them off and then ban the recipient of the pay off to ever own a Samsung product again....
jack hobbs, 19 Oct 2016Well, suprise suprise, who would of thought it,note series is destroyed now and rightly so !It turned bad with Note 5. So good riddance I say.
Just add wacom support to Galaxy S series and be done with it... after all the two series were not that different anymore.
If that happens, then the pen can be sold as an accessory. No need to have a whole new series just to add an accessory.
The Note series used to be so much more than just the pen, once they decided to make it "just the pen" I say good riddance that the series go "bye bye"
Anonymous, 19 Oct 2016You people are crazy. They went out of their way to recall all units at their own expense.... moreAre you serious? What LESS can they do!!!! They sold you a phone that blows up and they don't take it back?! Nevermind the fact they didn't even know what the heck was wrong with the device and just re-shipped them with new batteries while crossing their fingers that it was the problem... This company is a multi-billion dollar company. Let that sink in.
Are they seriously seeking 267 bucks per person? And 38 people are suing? Just settle the $10k... this wont ever make it to court
And all the Shitsung fanboys screaming that it was an Apple conspiracy! Now their own local suckers are suing.... Serves them right failing to do a proper quality check....
Good riddance, they had it coming. Even if it's not a lot of cash, that people are asking for, it's another negative PR issue adding to the growing pile of disappointment, and in the long run it'll probably hurt more.
Anonymous, 19 Oct 2016Their being sued more then apples ever been sued in their lifetime. Not really.

Quick refunds in the beginning were naturally to hush up an issue which then spread and could not be contained.
Shamesung wants both but profits. It doesn't care about customers. Predictably, the Samsheep cannot accept this fact.
