Dercius, 02 Jan 2017Perhaps you should go get a Samsung?....Oh wait...they haven't even begun to roll out the upda... moreI remember when I bought the first gen of moto g. Motorola offered a good balance between hardware and quick updates for a fair price, basically because they use a clean copy of android without bloatware. And that was their competitive advantage from the other companies and of course, the phone was absolutely a success.
Moto g4+ is a great phone for the price but Lenovo is not keeping the quick update policy that we love in the first generations
Tom, 01 Jan 2017Absolutely agree, all I read is India everywhere, what about the American continent? I bought ... morePerhaps you should go get a Samsung?....Oh wait...they haven't even begun to roll out the update yet...Stop whining, you got a budget phone that'll get nougat before the s7...I have zero problems with the speed of the update frankly
So many people upset that they haven't got the update yet....Samsung's flagship devices haven't even got nougat yet. They started rolling out the nougat update on a budget device before Samsung's flagship devices.....that's pretty good to me!
Also pay attention to the complaints about those who have nougat.....this is what can happen if an update is released too quick
I bought g4 + pure Android and fast upgrades and still nothing. Big disappointment. Lenovo is not good policy. Europe is just about the update in vain when it's read.

No updates, no nothing.
Lenovo for me is not an option anymore, I remember when they had a quick update politics, now that's gone.
Good job Lenovo. You lost a customer
When I look up "Moto G4 Plus Nougat" literally all I see is "rolling out in India", India, India, India.
If the phone is unlocked out of the box, why can't Lenovo roll it out to the US where carrier's dominate updating? Or better than that, why don't they get off their lazy butts and actually work on it? They're ruining Motorola's good reputation of fast updates. Lenovo got Marshmallow out faster, mostly before the new year, not counting carrier's.
Suraj, 01 Jan 2017When will android 7.0 nougat updte available for moto g4It's available for G4 and G4 Plus both
Vinodh95, 31 Dec 2016Is there any audio problems after updating moto G4 plus to nougat?? I am having an audio probl... moreYes, there is some slight distortion in audio output while using headphones too.
ASHUTOSH889, 01 Jan 2017How to cast moto g4 plus with sony smartt tvInstall BubbleUpnP app from play store. Connect to your TV's WiFi and make sure your mobile is turned off.

brycats, 01 Jan 2017To all the people with issues in the comment after updating: use logic. If your phone is slow ... moreDont u think we already would have done this. After doing this we are asking for suggestion.
Its difficult to capture front facing cam pic.but rear cam is working nic.i have this issue after updating nougat
To all the people with issues in the comment after updating: use logic. If your phone is slow and it's not working normally- just factory reset- that's all you do.
Now here's something that pisses me off- why isn't Europe or the US receiving the update?!?! It's December 31st and we still don't have it. I bet even a lower-end smartphone would get nougat before us- it's bullcrap and honestly bad customer service. The least they could do is provide an official date so we stop looking for nougat.
Still no update in the U.S yet. On AMP they're saying if you bought the phone off contract in the U.S you'll need to get a carrier's approval anyway.
Screw Lenovo and their lies, we were promised the update in November, then December, then Christmas. It's New Year's and barely anyone has it. There's another rumor saying the Moto G4/G4 Plus will get it on January 28th, 2017 alongside the Moto X. Yippie if the update does come on that day -_-
