Why compare it to the 2nd best? Why not put it head to head with Cortana?

I find the test to be Siri friendly !!! Productivity-oriented conversations and its response may be appropriate use case for testing the Personal Assistance than just asking Search Questions and expecting the Assistance to translate the search results in voice is NOT what Google Assistance is made of. SIRI is way behind Google Assistance if we look at the Keynote presentation during Pixel launch!

I agree with someone here. Google Now/Google Assistant should have a shorter, catchier name, but Siri really is horrible. Not the name, but the service itself. Cortana is more superior than Google Now/Google Assistant and Siri, and I don't even like Microsoft.

"Overall though, they came out super close in this particular comparison. ThatÂ’s been it. Thanks for reading, and IÂ’ll see you in the next article. Peace."

Siri did surprisingly well, but google was hands down better. And technologically it just seems to have so much more potential for improvement at its doorstep. It's got over the hurdles of having conversations and sounding less robotic, and they have a huge database at their fingertips.

Main disappointment with siri was the usage of bing. Who on earth uses bing except those who don't know how to change their default search?

sepehr A., 22 Oct 2016how did they come close? siri doesnt have any follow up google did 99% of what he said, whil... moreI think he was talking about how conversational Siri appeared to be. Siri seemed to have some understanding of context, which is very surprising for Siri. But yeah, Google Assistant did way better.
