one thing they have in common is, all the users said they used wireless charging a lot, and that produces excess heat, which would have damaged the battery little by little, and if they were use a high current >1A wireless charger, that would have damaged the phone even more.

It is weird if Samsung does not know the root- cause. This could be a concern for the rest of other Samsung smartphones.
Anonymous, 24 Oct 2016high quality product is never use cheap plastic frame and inaccurate screen colors.forgot to mention: "and ugly design that looks like a brick" lol.

I am using Note 7 from the first day when it was released. I had to replace with a new one after the first recall. And I have to confess that I do not have any problems with the phone, It works perfectly, I sooo pleased with the Note 7 that I am very reluctant to send it back to the manufacturer. I am really hopeful that Samsung will handle this situation for the benefit of its customers. And I have also considered to buy iPhone 7. However, the new apple device cannot compete with Note 7 in any sense. Apart from that, iPhone is fucking expensive, they are only selling their brand.
ppl commenting about products quality (smartphones), for sure samsung will use quality materials in their high end phones. in lower adn midrange phones, it is OKaish...muh.
really Iphone and Xperia (flagships) were quality and durable according to my experience with Z, Z2 and Z3+, iPhone 4S, 6, Ipad.
I do not blame Samsung for the galaxy note 7 issue, and a conspiracy theory does not convince me either.
Samsung will look forward and make better plans for the coming, samsung still number 1 smart phone company (I am Iphone and Xperia fan by the way :-))
They are clueless because there is nothing wrong with the Note 7.
The whole scenario was overblown by media in US.
With Apple and Pixel being threatened by the Note7 , anything is possible.
In business , people kill people by all means.
This time is Note 7 fiasco,
next will be apple , or google or some other brands.
Just time will tell.
If samsung cannot find any, i hope maybe they would think to make the next s8 or note8 be a removable battery phone and make the removable battery trend again :)

The N7 on the other hand were about 100 or more. Many of them in planes.
If I see someone using a Note 7 in the plane I'll scream Terrorist! Hahaha! Maybe kick him a bit or poke his eyes out! :D
Anonymous, 24 Oct 2016Sony products are high quality (talk about flagship), shamesung isn't.Yes bro..I totally agree with you
So the iPhone 7 also exploded.. Why the DCA still allow iPhone 7 on planes? The Note 7 was quick to be banned due to safety of passengers.. If I saw someone with an iPhone 7 on a plane with me I will call upon the captain to remove this passenger's iPhone 7 from the plane at once.
Looks like somebody desperately planned a world wide sabotage on the Note 7.. Probably because the Note 7 is the best and unmatched.. That could be why Samsung couldn't replicate the problem until now.. And brave users with Note 7 are chugging along without any problems.. The one who sabotaged this must have a great deal of cash to pull this off and must be a Samsung rival dead on beating them for the smartphone crown
galaxyS7, 24 Oct 2016shame on you. you words shows how narrow minded you are...i trust samsung products because of ... moreno matter what happen even its samsung fault .. their fan will deny it and blame other cause the disaster
So many people with tinfoil hats. It's like the place filled with Donald Trumps.
Identifying issues like this is not easy. You have to identify specific things in your supply chain, and with a company like Samsung with a huge network of vendors, it will be like finding a needle in a haystack. Plus the tendency of Samsung management in S.Korea to not be transparent, it is not a simple task. Anybody that went to school will know the complexity of this.
And for those denying the problem to even exist, one, it does exist as it happened and breaks the news even in S.Korea, where Samsung usually can flex their muscle to control the news. Second, even if it doesn't exist, Samsung would rather play on the safe side since the Galaxy S lineup is highly critical, and any potential issues can damage the brand even worse than this.
