They know, but the problem would prob. point finger to other samsung phones aswell. Somethings fishy definetly now you cant buy anymore lcd screens for any broken highclass samsung phone in Europe, the repair services replace the whole phone instead of replacing broken screen...
I think that Apple installed "Stuxnet" secretly in firmware and that it causes overheating problems while users don't keep it in their hands :-) :-) :-)

stop insulting your readers intelligence for one moment GSM, and samsung should stop with the games now. enough with the lies. they knew long ago what was wrong and should stop with telling bedtime stories about the note 7 to preserve thier credibility. ^_^
as a lover of tech and samsung long term fan and buyer of thier flagships thats my humble opinion.
Something stinks.. Samsung makes 90% of the hardware used in this device. How can they be just "clueless"?
If These many engineers can't find the fault till now .. May be there was not any fault at all .. Some 30-35 cases of phone burning could be false a mere propaganda by rivals .. It's not as if 10000 phones burned .. May be Samsung is not wrong here , the culprit is someone else
the presence of too much bloats and running services may have triggered the battery to overheat perhaps
Anonymous, 24 Oct 2016Bad quality Samsung phoneor maybe good quality iphone fans are the cause. *maybe*
If they don't know where is the issue , then what is the guarantee that their future phones wont be having this issue
That's frightening. If such an experienced company cannot figure out the reason with all their engineering resources, what to say about others who could also face similar problems...
