This article needs updating, it's 290MB for a reason. It includes an update to the UI of the Gallery, first introduced on the Note7, but more importantly it also includes Samsung Cloud. This includes 15GB of storage space and can be accessed via Settings>Backup and Reset.

Also fingerprint scanner is very secure.
Yeah sure. new updates to "burn" your software so you can update to next smartphone. Since I got updates my note 4 is not the same as it was, it`s getting slower and slower. I will skip updates from now on.

shamesung, 01 Nov 2016My Galaxy Alpha still stuck on 5.0.2 and the security patch is 2015 November, god damn you Samsungthats what you get for buying a budget samsung phone. Before buying you prefered Samsung brand and quality. But over time you realized that good software is needed just as good as build qualiry, right? :) I am using galaxy ace 2 for the past 4 years now, got update from android Gingerbeard to Jelly Bean and thats all. But i am using community custom rom KitKat which works very well. But ordered OP3 which gonna be a beast phone.
