hi seen some z820 phones here in chad but none of them can copy numbers to phone memory any idea whats wrong with these phones
a neat phone. u will buy this phone for the slimness but not for the features and usability that samsung will not win in both category.
this is a wked phone
No matter how many criticism and drawbacks it has, it will find it's own customer, just like the SE P990 loyal fanbase...
im my opinion, i like the HSDPA capabilities,Design, and camera and music interface they're all cool though i don't see any major differences in design, maybe they could use the design of Z710(which is implied ad the name Z720 is the succesor of Z710) better than the ultra slim look...
Actually Nk and SE cannot do the same thing with SAMSUNG in terms of designed that helps the consumers be safe and fashionable , SAMSUNG has a better designed and different features .
who says that SE and NK is better than samsung...?the design, features, weight!!!its looks likes not a mobile phone..but a mess in ur table..yuuuk
Wheres the ultra 13.5 JOY???
Vga videos
3 mp camera
3G
samsung didnt bring it out???
i've checked..there is definately some draw back from the 3G Ultra series.For some,the 3G edition records video @ a lower resolution @ QCIF..check out more infomation & live pictures @ www.newmobile.nl
These ever perform just to say these are good but actually they are not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That ladies and gentlemen is fugly design
Sorry. Didn't read too different the second time around but I see what you're saying. And you're right that $50 many not be that big of a difference for D900's additional goodies, and for some ppl it may mean something. At the end of the day, it's just more choices for us users and we have nothing to lose. Peace.
I believe that was for me not "Hitman".
I'm sure you didnt quite get what I was saying.Read again please. If you can get all those added features in D900 with just $50 extra, then why you will buy D840? D840 is loosing customer just becuase D900 is released. Isnt it? That was my point.
They all looks good to me. Peace.
response to hitman : It's true that D840 & D900 share the same slim slider formfactor but the commonality stops there. D900 has a 3MPXL autofocus camera (D840, 2MPXL pan-focus) and well as a list of newly added features in the UI. You should go check the store to see what the additional $50 will get you.
Surpring! it's a glamorous item
I hope that recent samsung sliding phones don't have da same problems as the D500..the cable linking the screen to the phone tends 2 be damaged due to frequent sliding..
NICE
hmm, that P300 never showed up around here. i wonder if tha P310 will. it would allso be nice if it would sport a memory card this time round :)
I love samsung designs too and some what agree with you "tarantula". They have the worst marketing team ever. When they released D900 and prmoting it as a flagship model..why on the earth they released D840 before? That damn thing has a same slim design and 2 map cam... costs around $50 less..now whats the selling point..who is gonna buy that when D900 is there. Samsung really needs to sort it out, if they wanna make an impact in the market.
Samsung camphones takes decent pics, in the level of nokias smartphones.
I like samsung slider design, but the problem is: All samsung sliders have the same design, even low-end and top samsung sliders. Why??
I could buy D900 but it loose exclusivity in design because other cheap samsung slider has the same design, the same thing with clamshells. maybe this is the reason for samsung lose market share. I love samsung cellphones in the design part, but it is too used into all series, a fashion consumer search for a unique device but samsung has almost the same design in cheap and gadget line. Motorola is working hard in design for differents niches and customers and this fact is clearly visible, maybe samsung follow this strategy.
In response to Ronz: You must remember that there are some countries that are not running 3G networks yet. Thus 2G phones are still main stream.
