If you don't understand this, I advise you just shut up.. I don't see dual cameras will make phones ugly, it's depends on how they put it or how they design it..

Innovation died together with Steve Jobs. Smartphones today no longer have that WOW factor back in the days. Its just constant upgrade with the chips and cameras to make it faster and sound dramatic on the sheets.

This is more branding collaboration between Huawei and Leica than technological collaboration.

In another word, Huawei pays a lot of money in order to use Leica word nearby its camera. The main intention is to fool users to believe the camera was made by Leica.

One camera should be enough for both selfies and also as a main camera. It should slide out from the phone top like a periscope and it should be called the periscope cam.

dual cameras looks so stupid. Seariously, I am sad. I would really like smartphones to increase in speed/performance more than cameras. We need more competition. Probably 2016 is the last year for simple smartphones with 1 camera, all 2017 flagships gonna have this ugly dual cameras i believe. Sad.

Macro photos is the area where it'll be immediately noticable, but rest it should fare well.

Although I believe we can only see the images and then comment, but I believe in the single sensor theory still. What I would love is a 8-10MP big sized well developed Sony sensor... That would be great. Like the HTC's Ultrapixel, except that the market sadly didn't accept it well at 4 MP.
It would be a balanced ace at anything:- 4K, 4K60, quality, detail, shutter speeds, colors, etc.

Even when I see the old Nokia N8 images, it still blows everything out of water. Pure sensor power, isn't it? :)

I own honor p9 and honor 8. The b&w sensor does work in colored picture. If you cover the b&w sensor, the picture will have lower detail and etc
