You better be sorry! That's what you get for being a copycat from Apple, then you call yourselves to be innovative? That's what you get on trying to get ahead with iPhone 7's release. Duh, if you care about your customers and your product's quality then you shouldn't have rushed it. That's what you get for overpricing your phones full of BLOATWARES and GIMMICKS. That's what you get for flooding the market with your crappy phones. we know that real quality is not your top priority until this happened. You got served what you deserve. KARMA!
Scrap the waterproofing, leave it to the Japanese brands...
D9, 08 Nov 2016Damn, I like that Note 7. I hope Samsung doesn't given up to make the next Note line up!Well...seems like they are still debating. One thing is clear in my opinion, the company needs to refocus. They don't have enough time to QA the phones, since they announce new models every 1-2 weeks. They've been going quantity over quality for too long now, and it came back to kick them in the balls. Less models, more attention to details. I see a lot of people getting sick of Samsung's confusing phone releases. They may kill the Note brand (because it carries really bad PR for the company), but probably will stay with the phablet device. Call it Sketch, start fresh, make it decent.

and now you are telling us to wait until April ????
Well...actions speak louder than words, so I'm gonna keep my reserve towards future Samsung devices until they will actually be confirmed as "safe". You all fanboys just white knighting in Samsung's defence all the time, not even trying to understand the point of view, that others may have.

The rest are being either capped at 60% battery charge (to prevent overheating) or rendered offline by carriers. Since they still don't know what was the issue, you probably won't wait very long to hear another hot news about Samsung.

There are still perfectly working note 7 units in the market which users love so much. If i find one I definitely gonna buy it....
I don't think the problem caused from battery. Most Laptop batteries are using Samsung brand inside, that's right! I've disassembled heap for my hobby gadgets. Why isn't any more news about explode of Note 7 anymore since Samsung stop selling the Note7 ?
Samsung J5(2016) model are reported to join Note7. Some cases is also recorded in France. Time to wake up and fix the bug.
Anonymous, 08 Nov 2016that's a game.Sipoku and they dont have the balls like Japan does. Hence Quality over Quantity and Japan phones don't blow up or burn.
Just bring out the Note 8 or 2017.
Highlander, 08 Nov 2016Until now they still can't figure out what is the cause of the exploding batteries for Note 7!... moreThe last time i checked, building a smartphone as high-end as the Note 7 didn't take a month to research and develop. surely, it'll take some time. my best guess is probably within the next 6 months.

I was one to purchase the Note 7 and loved it. Unfortunately it had to be returned. My options were get the S7 Edge or jump into the iPhone 7 Plus.
