But you never known. Those images are just for the patent, they don't reflect the final product. I'm not a Sammy fan, but give them a chance to see the real product and only after that you can bash it or not, depending on how good and practical that device really is.
Either way, I'm glad to see something different. I miss the old days when phones were all shapes and sizes.
Samsung already has many foldable smartphones. The lastest is the W2017
Add another screen on the back which turns on when folded so you could use the phone folded
Looks interesting, but looks impractical as hell and I am pretty sure it will be forgotten just like the 3D screens back in the day.

I can´t imagine why would I want that phone. It would be shorter when folded, but allso atleast twise as thick. And then all the other thigs that make folding a phone so good idea.... are there?
[deleted post]Samsung trying to innovate and u call it crap? my my....
youre a true genius human.
ProJames, 10 Nov 2016This might be a Tizen device, since the other Tizen-powered devices have that Menu iconNo. This was patented before 2014. All Samsung smartphone before 2014 used the old menu button. Since Tizen exist the changed the one in android.
I am already having foldable phone. I can fold it to separate battery sim card and data card and even I can separate it's back cover.

btw I found your comment funny :D
this is what you called innovation just wait for it before you complain crap humans always complain no matter what, after few seconds crap human will reply to this comment. LOL.
A new take on the flip. What you see is not always what you get. The wallet phone cool. Didn't Nokia once have a concept image like that. I didn't hear those fans complaining.
