@Surya, yeah, because there are never updates for IOS. /sarcasm
At least our updates come OTA, not like with iTunes that deletes so many settings in the process.

I think, It's time people stop using Android phones. It just sucks. So many carriers, update every second day. Unless Google promises a single unified version of OS for all phones just like Apple, we should stop buying android phones.

it would be best for you if you updated though

and saying that android sucks over this is quite wrong
i would rather receive constant updates addressing common bugs quickly than be upset with them for awhile

Dark, 24 Dec 2010well, im an Iphone user at the moment ( i like to change every now and then) and i used androi... morebut nokia cares too, they are updating my 5530 and the 2year old 5800! ;)

was a marvelous experience , so why dont u just bug off or try to increase ur imagination alil bit , i like the iphone and love the Android why cant u guys be a bit more flexible and try before u judge
i might go for Nexus S soon becuz i really miss the android ,
am not saying that Iphone isnt cool becuz it is ,however the android is more customizable so it has a unique feeling , and regarding the Updates
at least they give U major updates with great fixes , could u tell me about any other OS which offers u that. nope u cant

Samsung doesn't have anything to do with this update. The Galaxy S wares come from Samsung directly, that explains the delay.

What about all the galaxy S users who bought from major carriers and are still waiting for the upgrade promised months ago. I feel that Samsung or our carriers have left us out in the cold and dont care about phones already sold. Where is the support we supposedly paid for. A Disgruntled T-Mobile Vibrant Owner.
