I really like Firefox but I cannot use it. It's soooo slow and laggy and sluggish when you open multiple tabs. I work from home and have 20+ tabs open. Chrome and Vivaldi handle them with ease but Firefox is sluggish. Before you blame my computer, I have a quad core i7 Alienware laptop with an SSD and 16GB of ram. The problem is FireFox. Website loads poorly in Firefox (performance wise). Chromium's engine is superb.
I use Vivaldi now for work (Chromium based) as it has many productive features and Chrome for personal use.
If Firefox changes and actually becomes smooth with excellent performance like Chrome, I would perhaps switch to it again.
The most advanced and definitely best browser to date. The use is pretty comfy, this is my choice of browser for other OS aside from Safari when using Apple iDevices
Regarding webGL, I thought it depend heavily on hardware?
How come a browser circumvent hardware limitation?
I remember my old graphic card was incompatible with webGL in ALL browser.
Chrome runs well enough and it's simpler to use... So I don't need any other browser
