Ive been using skype for past 5 years on my laptop and more recently have been using it on my iphone 3GS and ipod touch 4th gen.im using on aplle products to talk to girlfriend back in japan from india.the camera clearity is much better in ipod touch and also because of retina display.there is a lag sometimes on 3G on iphone 3GS but on wifi, skype works perfect.and now new video call feature has eliminated use of FACETIME (reason I bought ipod touch as my girfriend had iphone 4) but there is restriction on using FACETIME in JAPANESE providers. So skype video-video call feature is a great thing.no need of FACETIME, no need of laptop/pc to use skype.

Used it i4 to i4 & it works fine (over 3G)
                                Running iOS 4.2.

Much better than facetime which is restricted to Wifi.
