        Looks like FastPort will say bye-bye from now. FastPort is good but it deteriorates very fast. This will be a good news since this will bring convenience to all. When will this be applied? Is it only EU countries?

          Just remember this covers chargers only and not Data cables!!!

          Maybe you'll have to carry 2 cables for your iPhone

              Wow,I'm impressed as already mentioned in the article,one wont have the stress of having to carry a thousand different chargers for different devices..Sorry Mr.Jobs I think u gonna have to buy in on this one,NEW YEAR..NEW BEGINNINGS & NEW STUFF.

                  wooo finally i can bin all my old chargers when do my old handsets get converted.

                  no more searching for the miniusb to charge my old bold or small pin nokia for my 6700

                      this is a bright idea most especially to those techie people, like me, who suffers in bringin' hundreds of different charger.
                      and on the environmental side, which I also belong as a Mountaineer, this is one of the most effective way of conserving and saving mother Earth. I hope this is a global project.
