What in the world Lenovo is going to do with that? Their Thinkpads are by far better than Samsung's laptops.

Thought about it but many reviews picked up issues. Lot of women like it. However I think it looks great. Good specs. Always gone for top line Lenovo but spectre is tempting.
The real reason is that their laptops are grossly overpriced and have weak hardware. They don't even market them as heavily as their smartphones either.

Look with PC/laptop sales continuing to decline. Not to mention with smartphone and phablets sales going to reach 1.4 billion this year alone. It's no wonder why Samsung wants to sell off its PC sales.
Other analyst have stated that the new PC is the smartphone. I know a number of people that have ditched their laptops for phablets. My parents for one use phablets now as their primary computing platform. I know lots of other who have done the same.
No one cares about laptops LOL. Just a cheap i5 for work is more than enough. Unless you are a hippie you won't care about that "good for nothing" laptops. Sell it to whoever you want, but yes Lenovo is still my go to choice for laptops.
AnonD-404798, 25 Nov 2016HP and Acer are also trash .Lol no they are not! Those were the days of old, now HP, Acer and Lenovo are the top dogs on the consumer market, in terms of reliability and pricing. Heck, have you even seen or used the Hp Spectre? That thing is a marvelous piece of engineering, showcasing the best Hp can offer to the consumer whos willing to pay for the 1200€+ price tag on that ultrabook. Just an example, but theyve gotten so good recently, that Toshiba and Asus have actually become quite rare to see (modern ones, not the old ones people still carry from 2008 like me).
To be honest, Samsung's laptops are pretty f*kin durable. They're built like tanks - mine survived 4 and a half years of drops, spills and rough-housing, with the only repair being a display repair to fix dead pixels and a wobbly hinge after a drop. Spilling a glass of milk onto the keyboard had no ill effects on the thing, while my Galaxy S7 died to some splashes in a pocket (shocker).
Yes because Samsung PC division is absolute trash and wandering on an endless ocean of much better products. Microsoft, HP and Acer have outpaced them long ago and thus making Samsung laptops not even relevant anymore. Seriously, out of all departments this is the one that looks like a deceased one and needs to get replaced, handed over or at worst, put on standby.
