I ordered my pixel XL Dec. 20th got a phone call from Verizon feb. 10ths saying they are sorry for the long wait will throw in a free google daydream and the phone will ship on 02/17 well I got the daydream but still no phone called yesterday 02/28 they said phones are shipping again on 03/01...not gonna hold my breath.

I ordered mine on 12/24 and on verizon's site it says scheduled shipment is 2/17. I called Verizon today (2/2) and they said it should ship before 2/17, but couldn't give me a date.

I ordered my cell phone December 21, 2016 with a ship date the 20th of January 2017. Nothing. Verizon should give it's customers two free giga bytes for their wait. It not their fault. Make goole pay or something.

So, I ordered my phone on 12/12/16. Expected ship date of 1/13/17. Date came and went, without any notification sent telling me about the delay. Every day now is another day that I risk breaking my phone and loosing my $400 trade-in value. Still no expected ship date, and no help from customer service. At least they are giving me $20 credit on my phone bill for the inconvenience... Still might cancel if not shipped soon. I chalk this up to Google/HTC's incompetent supply chain department and Verizon's shipping support. GIVE US SOMETHING TO GO OFF OF!!!!

Ordered mine from VZW 11/24 with expected ship date 1/6. On 1/6 I got an email that new delivery will by by 3/3/17. On the website, If I order today, expected ship date is 3/3/17. Not sure if/how they're managing the ordering queue.

Same here. I ordered mine on nov 27 2016. They told me it would be here by 1-6-17, then I got a message from verizon saying that it wont be delivered until 1-17-17. This sucks. If it is not here by then, I'll get a different phone. Google and verizon can go screw themselves.

Have a friend who ordered on dec 23 and has his. Black 128 XL. I ordered mine on black Friday, 1/6 delivery. Nothing!

My ship date for the pixel xl ordered in November just updated to February 11th 2017! haha
cancelling my order and switching to IPHONE. A delay is understandable, but this is ridiculous.

After ordering on 10/29 and watching shipping date change from 11/8 to 12/9 to 1/13, I now notice that if I go online to see my order status that no shipping date is listed anymore, not even the latest one (1/13) that I was given. Guess VZW got tired of over-promising and under-delivering.... if no shipping date is targeted, they can no longer be called out when they don't hit it!

They're made by Google, and Verizon can only ship them as fast as Google delivers them. Your issue isn't with Verizon.

I ordered 128GB Pixel XL on 11/2/2016, original ship date of 12/9/2016. On 12/12/2016, I got an email that the new ship date is now 1/13/2017. Please note that the email came AFTER the alleged original ship date, during the week when I was expectantly watching the mailbox after a month of anticipation. That is unacceptable customer service. They knew before 12/12/16 that it wasn't going to ship on time. I have canceled my order, and I will soon be switching carriers after being a Verizon Wireless customer since 2005. If any VZW VP wants to chat, hit me up. I was order number 1453030700691501. Go find me.

I ordered mine in early Oct to replace my Note 7, delivery dates seem to come an go verizon sometimes sends out the "You have good taste" emails and the order status says 11/11 for delivery, perhaps they're referring to 2017. Regardless, customer support continues to perpetuate the delivery date lies. It's time to call they Attorney General.
