jab1995, 08 Dec 2016For an overpriced regular device. No, no, no way. Google got this in the wrong way. Not really. It's better to sell a bit less and make more profit than sell it cheap and hardly make anything. Once you sell your phone at low price, it's hard to bring it back up again cos everyone will be expecting the next upgrade to be cheap and when other manufacturers comes in, you will sell even less. Some people pay for cheap phones and then expect the after sales service to be good, where the hell are they gonna get the money from.

Why nobody seems to skip Apple losing over 5% of the market in China? Multiply that by a billion people, and result is huge, definitely more significant that slight gain that they got in the US...
I'm German and many people at the moment are buying a Huawei and some who know something about tech buy OnePlus 3 (although now, the iPhone SE which is on par with just a smaller screen is even cheaper now like 30€)
