AnonD-126264, 21 Dec 2016Great. I've had mine for over a year now, and currently the battery is dying much quicker than... moreReally? under your bed. Dude are you going to cause a fire in your house? Charge it in another place where nothing can cause a fire hahahaha hope not see you in the news
I have sold my S6 Edge+ due to over heat. I had absolutely the worst battery life on that phone. Samsung phones are subpar. And make great hand warmers.
Yet another American has a burning/exploding Samsung phone. What's new?
Guys, a GS5 exploded in Canada. Do not fear. Every phone exploded at least once (except from newly released ones, they will explode soon) and this is normal. There are so many factors that can explain a battery' self combustion, and one of them is the human factor.
The S6+ is good and safe. The S5 is too, as does the SIII and SIV (they both exploded too). The S7x is excellent and still safe. Those who fear Samsung are just too naive. Remember this is the first case of S6+ explosion, a year after it went on sale worldwide.
Yeah right. Its probably not some bored person seeking attention... The more likely scenario is that Samsung batteries had a built in timer, set to explode this year. But not at the same time, so it would seem like an accident. Maybe that's how those pesky lizardmen want to deal with us...

Your text is a bit confusing, are you still using 6s+ or not?
"Although it might seem similar, this is not the same as the issue on the Note7, which was widespread. The S6 edge+, on the other hand, has been out for a year now and there haven't been any notable cases of the battery burning down. "
I agree with this Gsmarena. This is just another media tabloid. But why even bother reporting this? Just because the person is a reddit users? I too can be a reddit user reporting stuff like this. This is just common issues with phone. But when its a Samsung phone those pesky reddit user just need to post it like an attention w**re. Why dont they post about exploding iphone, or exploding Blackberry, or LG, or Huawei, or whatever phone that had explode out there. Im pretty sure a lot of other brands explode too. God! This people are so annoying. Just stop with this exploding nonsense! WE GET IT! SAMSUNG EXPLODE! OH YEAH! THERE! HAPPY! Spreading negative news targeting one brand is too much. Do you even read your own posting rules??? No bashing same brand repeatedly. Seriously, enough is enough.
Anonymous, 21 Dec 2016Sony is true, practical, and the new king. And boring
This is a single case am using this device since april and i don't even suffer from heating issues!!!!! Why no one mentions the iphone 7 explosions and focuses only samsung single cases!!!!!!!!!!
Ditching the removable battery was their biggest mistake. This is what happens. Disposable pieces of junk.
AnonD-600584, 21 Dec 2016I totally agree with #GSMArena about their review here. Samsung Galaxy S6/S6 Edge/S6 Edge+ has... more15 months on the market
