Anonymous, 23 Dec 2016Phones don't explode. They just catch fire and melt. That is not enough to cause a plane crash... moreDon't be a jackhead. When the phone is PROHIBITED to board the plane, it is illegal to do so whether it melt in your mouth or not.
rich watarious , 23 Dec 2016Indeed I don't understand something, is it that note 7 is banned at every corner of the world.... moreI keep saying the same thing, instead of destroying all those note 7 units bring them to Africa and sell for half the price of Itel. I'd rather use a dangerous Note 7 than any of these craps that we're forced to use because of price factors.

People need to get it into their heads that phones don't explode. People say they explode to make it sound headline worthy.
Of course he wouldn't say a thing first, there was no note7 on his hands. Some might not be too happy but he should be allowed to use whatever name he wants. They could use some tech to find problem phone (or something else) and not burden passengers with that and cause panic. It would be also less costly than landing. Funny thing is that any battery on board pose fire hazard.
If I were the jokester, I would NOT say anyone the truth that it's just a renamed hotspot. I would just keep watching them and silently laughing at them. :)
A funny and smart way to prank peoples. Thanks to Samsung Note7
Apple's smear campaign has worked.....
No. Mr.Jokster here needs to face punishment. Prison time or atleast community service. An no. I have a life and a sense of humour, but not a dark one and use it as a defense mechanism.
Well done :)
Indeed I don't understand something, is it that note 7 is banned at every corner of the world. Is no body using it at all? Is all note 7 retrieved in the world? Is it catching fire every corner of the world? I still don't understand oo, I believe it should be safe at some places. It is not every where that it will catch the fire. If you still have some in Stock reduce the price and bring them to Africa. We need it. Hahaha.
Ha
"Note 7 Common Phobia" people get intimidated easily that's really dumb
Now he/she is gonna pay fined or go to prison.
Oh please. It's not like it was literally exploading. It was sizzling up and melting. Toss it down. Extinguisher and done.
I found it funny. Dangerous but funny. What struck me was the response of the pilot and crew as in the no nonsense response. Having a note 7 sure gets you treated as a criminal on flights (as it should be).
"According to BBC , no further action or punishment was taken on the passenger with the phony device."
Consider him lucky he's in the US...
You can separate the retards from the qualifying humans in one easy step: See if they laugh at a Galaxy Note 7 joke.

And it's probably as small as the possibility of a Note 7 not only catching fire (Wasn't it something like, 10 in a million catching fire), but happening exactly during the flight.
Another liberal snowflake with 0 common sense and 0 balls...
