I hope v20 on the 10th spot lol so its couple of Lg phones fan favourite
Lucky you sony xz lol
Xiaomi no wonders cause its cheap and affordable with great hardware.
But LG is the king and the best phone...modular vs second screen
Herodroid, 26 Dec 2016Actually, OnePlus 3/t is the best value for money smartphone this year. HTC 10 sure is tank, b... moreGood point on the One Plus 3, I think that is a great phone. For me I need flexibility in storage and for that I need an SD card option. I also looked seriously at the SS Galaxy S7/Edge but the only downside was that glass back, I've seen to many cracked ones. Huawei P9 range I love, and my niggle there was those on screen navigation buttons. For me prtsonally the HTC 10 ticked all the boxes that were important to me... SD Card, Metal Back, Capacitive Buttons, plus I found the build quality, camera and performance really great... from the limited time I spent with it.
Update time is mid next year and I'm coming from a Microsoft Lumia 640 XL which I've had 18 months so if anyone has any suggestions I'd be keen to know your thoughts. Anything up to and over a 5 inch screen would be fine.

Novage, 26 Dec 2016No Huawei phone ?where the huawei other than china? even no presence in world's second smart phone market, how it comes in top 10?
No iPhones? GOOD! I hate iOS!
Best was Note7 but it probably goes to the S7 edge now being the most similar. The next three should be between LG V20, Google Pixel, and OnePlus 3.
cool....................people these are based on fan votings so we should take it as people opinion.
These are "Top 10 Fan Favorites"!!
Chosen by fans, alright?
If your phone is not on the list, then it is not a favorite.
So stop complaining.
This list reflects what you guys lobe the most. Can't blame gsmarena on this. This is purely based on the phone that had been liked by fans. You all clicked the heart icon. Don't go asking, "Where is my fav phone? Why is it not here?". If its not here thats mean people dont like that phone. End.
I like the Xperia XA, fit well in the hand with the 66mm narrow width, and very nice top and bottom bezel for landscape viewing and handibility. Fairly cheap too, i got mine for 210USD comes with free 32gig OTG.
If the Mi Mix would have been from earlier this year, let's say summer, it would have smashed any phone in fan likes. Only two months and already in the top 10 with fan numbers.

By the way, not everyone has got the money to get a high-end snapdragon device.
If you talk about performance, only Snapdragon high-end chips can easily beat most Mediatek chips nowadays. I have a chinese phone Doogee Y6 with Mediatek MT6750 processor, it scores up to 40,000 in Antutu. That places it on the same level as the Honor 5X. I got mine for $120, while the Honor 5X costs about $320. So yeah, it's worth it.
It's called low-cost and it has helped poor people get access to technology. You should try to see life on others' perspective.
And at last, there are a bunch of brands that mostly put Mediatek in their phones; yet they are on GSMArena. Gionee for instance. Maybe you just don't like Mediatek.
For me One Of The Best Of the Phone Will be Xiaomi Redmi note 3.
Although It Has Only Android OS, v5.1.1 (Lollipop) Version It Was Too Old Enough To Be Beaten By The Other Phone .
