Trust me, if it becomes rare, it will worth much more than MSRP, I'm a hard core collector, I know the market, BBC also mentioned that it will become to be a collector item, if you own one, you may sell at least 2000 in the near future.
I will keep my note 7 out of the internet and do whatever i want

But there are hundreds of thousands out there and they are probably thinking of the same thing. Not so sure if it's worth that much unless you dun care that much about the money for it.

Keep yours. Instead of exchanging it for a usable phone, you will be keeping a brick that has no value. Really "smart"
Samsung HK has already posted a statement to their web site. After 2017 - 1 - 1, the charging restriction will be reduced to 30%.

I thought such an item with a completely damaged reputation would have next to no value already. And there is a time limit for the exchange program and by then you will be stuck with a useless note 7.
No one mentions the implications of a company being able to remotely kill your communication device at will...yep no one.
Anonymous, 27 Dec 2016Final return rate will be 99%. There always some 1% stubborn idiot refuse to return it.idiot? no, these people are actually smart, i would keep note 7 aswel. The thing is, price keeps rising for this device, also note 7 is like money, it does not decrease in value, also people who have note 7 they want to exchange this phone to Galaxy s8 or note 8 1:1, so if u gave note 7 now to samsung, you would get s7 edge which keeps decreasing in price and some kind of midranger which also keeps decreasing in price.
