I saw the notification on my watch this morning when I woke up, and will definitely try to achieve it. Like someone already said, the activity app and notifications on the apple watch really work and it does motivate one to exercise. Especially when I have friends with the same watch and we kinda compete which each other.
Hate to admit it but the reminders and challenges in apple watch activity actually works and are addictive in a good way. When i first bough AW i was like "these crap functions im sure gonna turn off soon enough" but i have all turned on except Breathe. Users of other smartwatches cant understand how well tuned and almost pleasant these things are, like my friend who bragged about his Gear S2 but forgot to wear it during workout, quite powerful proof of how useful Gear is when you dont even notice its not on the wrist during whats arguably the most important and common thing smartwatches are used for (not counting pebble as a smartwatch).
