John, 20 Jan 2011I'm already sad with my X10 even it cant be used as a Modem it need some other 3rd party softw... morei understand you , but im sure u can sell ur x10 for good money , x10 is good peace and looks very good , also have good camera . so is easy sell ur X10 and buy one that u need .
if u sell ur X10 now with same money u can buy new N8 , cause N8 is cheap .

Hello I have a grade in Molecular Biology and I am currently working as(s) a Market Analyst in a really big company.
Therefore you can trust me and I say that Symbian will conquer the world. According to leaked materials (not found on Wikileaks) Nokia plans to install the latest Symbian^4 on the N9. Key-feature of Symbian^4 is to have 8 rows of tiny widgets on the screen and the OS will support Bluetooth 2.0 with USB 1.2
It can connect to Windows XP (driver-support for Windows Vista and 7 are scheduled for 2013) but it can only sync with Nokia-Software (based on Java-Software 2.1)

Nokia n9 should have had dual core or at least a faster single core. Maybe this Intel atom chip has a new architect design. hope it has atleast 4gb ROM and at least 768 RAM.

I still enjoy the cool features like a FM transmitter and an amazing camera, but its getting to the point where going through 5 screens just to look at a msg or thread isn't worth those things.
I'm gonna go play around with the Atrix when it comes out, and see where things go from there.

The Smartphone market is growing and the competition is heating up. Nokia joined this market very late. Having said that, Nokia should worry about iPhone/Blackberry and Android phones. Apps are also something Nokia should really worry about!

Im planning to upgrading my N97 and is thinking to depart from Nokia after 10years as a loyal customer. Maybe i'll wait till this release and see the review first before considering the next iphone or latest androids phone.quite disappointed with N97 when bought it during 1st launch.

I was a N900 user i use to do lot of stuff with it i'm an Asst Professor. i have taken many class by using N900 now i have a X10 and i'm carrying 2.5 kg of Laptop for taking class.
N900 is a marvellous product from Nokia. Lot of power and lot of stuff. started dreaming & waiting for N9
if N9 comes with Maemo sure it will be the market leader and EMPEROR OF SMART PHONE

I love Nokia to death, I've owned N73, N93i, N95, N900 and N8 but the Symbian OS is so dated compared to the others. I really hope they can reinvent it or MeeGo brings something fresh to the table. I hate having a beautiful phone with great cosmetics and hardware only to be shot down by a garbage OS. Oh god please don't let me down this time, or ill have to go with the Atrix.
Do me proud Nokia! Let me for once shove my awesome phone in the faces of Android and Iphone users.

Hey can you guys just stop comparing or even mention about N8. N8 is a useless phone that I ever see before. We Just can't compare it with N9 bcos N9 is a Full QWERT, diffrent CPU. N8 is totally a headache phone bcos of the stupid hardware.
MeeGo (LINUX) we all know how great is Linux, If you are looking for a phone that will HANG suddenly go for SYMBIAN (out of date. Android is super good then SYMBIAN. MeeGo VS Android.

1.2 Ghz CPU is just fine for a smartphone.What does a smartphone need a dual core cpu for? Look at the N8...680 Mhz cpu plus hardware acceleration and the phone is lightning-fast and smooth.Symbian^3 is just fine (and not resource-hungry like android) and MeeGo should be the best of all.Nokia is doing fine.The best is on the way...

MEEGO will be same level as BADA , RIM ,... moreu may be right it could be 600mhz however with meego being the parent of meamo it will be completly open so i will just change the kernal to run 1ghz and happy days :) thats the major difference between a real OS and others...
