after GSMArena gave Samsung Galaxy S2 a head start it only got 126 comments.
Nokia N9 is already at 671+ comments and more are coming.
Any1 can draw their conclusion............that's reality,remember some1 already said,'Adroid hardly gets noticed',true fact of life.

I don't know. Why don't you ask the coders?
Remind me though, did Samsung ever get round to fixing the post production problems with GPS and screen lag? As I recall they did - at least partially - but it took six months after release to do it.
Looks like you're another one of those SGS owners who realises they made a really bad choice, should have waited for Nokia and are now rather bitter about the whole thing.

great looking phone. shame has naff os. symbian is so windows 98. good but just so out dated. personaly. IOS4 or android is the best way to go.
other than that the N9 has great potential as a handset.

The launch doesnt mean the phone is available the very next day! There is still before it starts shipping. When that arrives the bugs would be fixed. Did android take to the market with no known bugs? How many updates did it take to get to where it is now? Many! The usability factor needs to be sorted and that is their priority focus now. The rest would be released in small updates. Much like what they are doing with the n8 now. So yes there are bugs. They'd be fixed. Now tell us something we didnt know. I have read the changelogs and the turnaround times are fixed rather quickly. The os cannot be delayed any further so there would be some bugs at kickoff. Much like android os at start. Get with the program and rather than just focus on negatives, understand the bigger picture behind it and the motivation factors that influence it.

I'll say 6 months if they are incredibly lucky or more realistically, more than one year, if they do not decide to cancel the project all together.

I bet it cannot be fixed by the time of MWC in a couple of weeks also considering the other bugs with no known workaround:
-In search results view, tapping on artist/album/song does not work
-Play/pause button tap takes 3s to take effect.
-Music player and web browser applications cannot be launched at the same time
-Can not see time information in call history
-Displayed name does not match the number dialed
-Cannot delete a single SMS thread from received SMS messages
-Recently played videos do not show up in ‘Recently Viewed’ list
-Favorites view in the video player does not show video thumbnails
-If skip forward/backward is used during video playback, elapsed time display is wrong
-Cannot drag playhead to seek to a position in video playback
-Video player crashes if skipped backward to start position
-Zoom in/out fails on Google Maps
-Contextual menu is not functional in browser
-Virtual keyboard fails to launch when the user taps on a text input field
Workaround: Use hardware keyboard (if available). LOOOL:)

[deleted post]The qt development is gathering rather quick momentum. This is great for the n8, upcoming e7 and n9. Guys are working frantically on the new office document editor, ui changes to qt structure, new apps qt based etc. They making it way easier for developers to work with. Read further at qt labs. Symbian will be so changed that the only similarity to symbian would be just the name itself. Meego is compatible with it so well done nokia! At least meego wont fail. Considering the interest generated here, we into a new awesome era for nokia. Im glad to be along for the ride.

It seems Nokia still loved by his fans, couse it's so familiar in everyday use as well as at office user and the features that are available quite easily operated.
It's about time nokia flagship issue weapons to strengthen its position in the handset market, we expect the presence of N9 really touching nokia lovers attention.

It is funny that Android fans come here posting their insecurities while the Android News posted on GSM-arena hardly gets noticed.
I'm an iphone user but, I have no hate for Nokia/Symbian/Meego. You guys just sound so ridiculous pushing your own BRAND preferences to others.
