Shaun Moroz, 04 Jan 2017Um...
Nice try, but no, it doesn't.As I said, that's your opinion which is based on nothing else than preconceived thoughts about Windows.
All comparisons and real people who have used a Windows 10 phone in the past 6 months say otherwise.
Facts = prove the truth.
No facts = that's like... uh... just an opinion on something you know nothing about.
And don't worry, I've been an Android fanboy myself since it first came out, and I understand your frustration. But now I've left that behind and I've upgraded to Windows.
No one wants another android phone. Nokia has to do something incredible to differentiate from other droids. Putting the famous logo on yet another familiar design will not work. Today just about any company can release android phone... Just wish they provided more OS options with the phones they release.
Anonymous, 04 Jan 2017Well, just so I don't disagree with you, ok - Windows sucks. But it sucks less than Android does.Windows 10 Mobile do not even have a usable webbrowser, Edge is the worst browser ever made and on my Lumia 640 it crashes ever 10 minutes!
Fitbri, 04 Jan 2017All this crap about not being Nokia. Apple is not made by apple. You don't complain. Like the... moreSo none of Nokias designers and engineers went to Microsoft, are phones designed by the CEO?
The Nokia come back has put the sh! te up a few iPhone and sammy users I see, well no one rules the mobile world, bout time a couple of these over priced market leaders got knocked down a peg or three, and so rightly so, let the competition begin!
Devil Himself, 04 Jan 2017This is not real Nokia. IT'S JUST ANOTHER Chinese company using the Nokia name. Nokia had noth... moreIt's not up to you, whether they enter android industry.
Don't talk, just read and don't buy
All this crap about not being Nokia.
Apple is not made by apple. You don't complain. Like them, manufacturing under licence is fine and strictly controlled. With new Nokia. HMD grub an affiliated company with many Nokia employees. The head of HMD, is from Nokia, and Nokia have direct influence on design and construction. We're getting Nokia alright. Their very particular about their brand and will see to it that it's done well. Bring it on but not too many handsets. This announcement is too many and no need to go over board.
Aaaaaaahhhhh screaming like a high school girl after her crush asks her to the prom!!!! #Deadin #Lol #Nokia #MypoorNokiaLumia920 been waiting for a successor #Itsabouttime
I'm a massive Nokia fan .but imo it's too late now and this is not really the true Nokia we all remember. I've had every nokia hanset pretty much. And still got most of them.n91 n81.n85.n86.808 n97 mini and n97 n95 and n96 are just a couple of my phones in my collection from Nokia. We ain't getting true Nokia phone ever again guys
The Cat, 04 Jan 2017Not only that, but they have a lot of former Nokia employees and they started existing 7 month... moreHappy that some people really do read before bashing :)
Yes HMD was made mostly of exNokians .
Hope this HMD+NOKIA+FIH+MOTHER does good work
I can tell Nokia may have a better understanding of Android than we currently acknowledge.
Heck, Nokia could make interfaces on smaller screens elegant. So let's see what they can do with custom user interfaces on 4.7'' or even just 4''.
I just hope they stick to their guns here, and their current offerings are constructed strategically to handle every day life without protective accouterments.

Nice try, but no, it doesn't.
Shaun Moroz, 04 Jan 2017Because Windows sucks and almost nobody uses it.Well, just so I don't disagree with you, ok - Windows sucks. But it sucks less than Android does.
Anonymous, 04 Jan 2017Seriously I mean very basic steps Go to www.hmd.com Says we are an independent Finnish ... moreNot only that, but they have a lot of former Nokia employees and they started existing 7 months ago, when they bought Microsoft's mobile division. HMD is essentially another name for Nokia.
