I like as they are focusing on this but they need to focus on other major aspects as well, like burn-in screen or ghost images, poor battery life and their infamous bootloops. Fix these problems and you can have my money.
Nice LG, note 7 was the worse lesson, only carry quick charge 2 but explode. PRC phone much better quality
That's promising news, LG! Let's hope all manufacturers follow such strict procedures too!
So it takes the Note 7's explosion before manufacturers start to care about the quality of their phones and not just the phones themselves? Maybe Samsung should make more explosive devices to inspire others to care about build quality and durability of a phone
Will it still suffer from small battery syndrome leading to poor endurance as their other phones do? Everything else is insignificant if it turns off due to a lack of battery endurance.
Finally LG will start using heat pipes. That's what they should have to use in G5 too.
It will be the biggest disappointment and I will hate them very much if the G6 will have non-removable battery. That would mean there will be no phones that have both the heat pipes and removable battery at the same time.
Aspros, 17 Jan 2017Why would they say that, do they mean that up untill now they weren't?? And why say that for ... morePoor attempt indeed to market their G6 as a better tested product than it's main competitor which even Samsung didn't do. LG's advertisements were always like that.
I have LG V10. I'm pleased in general. I have a burn in issue with the display. LG through service support informed me that it is no longer reason for replacement. Quantum displays suffer from burn in issues. they were replacing them under warranty but now according to LG it is normal. I like my phone, it has everything i want from a phone, but when it is time for replacement, LG won;t be an option because of this...
On plus they removed buttons from the back. Why???..... there is a buttonless border which is great and buttons in back are very ergonomical...
Why would they say that, do they mean that up untill now they weren't??
And why say that for their flagship, they want to share responsibility with Samsung?
What a PR disaster, it make them feel guilty, like they were not careful and only by luck they didn't have any issues, but after they saw what happened to Samsung, from now on they will to... It's like they are having this sense of guilt and they do the need to atone for it!
Really bad PR idea...
Yeah it's safe. But it's likely still gonna suck.
This will definitely be my next phone!!
My G4 exceeded all my expectations over the last 13 months so I've got high expectations for the G6.
Just don't make the G6 like the G5. It was a total failure. Inspire yourselves from your V20.
my LG Flex2 could be a popcorn maker. haha it is nature of lg flagship
