The only issue with that amazing phone is that Nougat is uncertain although the original A series will have it. Both have similar TouchWiz versions and are on Marshmallow. But the Note 4 is really worth it for what it has. Get it over the Note 5, you won't regret it.
"2014 flagship now only $350" would have been a more suitable headline.

It truly is one of the best Notes ever! Removable battery, MicroSD, Infrared blaster, OIS Camera..... with the exception of FM Radio and waterproofing, it has almost everything. Even though it's Marshmallow, it still has multi-window support and receives regular security updates.
Only thing you would miss with Nougat is the ability to reduce screen dpi to 720p and extend it's already stellar battery life.
Stop promoting old phones
Later on they will blame samsung for not getting updates while their phone is very old

Phones gave been for a while adequate for the vast majority, and when you find your perfect phone there is very little reason to upgrade
This is demonstrated in the reluctance for Note 7 users to hand back their phones to Samsung
As far as having the latest Android, there may be some 3rd party apps for incorporated features, but that shouldn't be a disincentive
The only downside is it not being available on contract
Going flagship pays for itself.
The nerve to sell this when it won't get Nougat but the trash called A-series will.
Also this model is prone to emmc errors. Motherboard will die randomly at some point.
this picture belongs to note edge.
i really liked note 4 dual sim but unfortunately second sim was only 2g so thats why i dold mine
This phone is better and worth more than any mid-range phone today.
Old flagship phones are always better in every way than new midrangers.

I wish it was still being sold where I live.
Ive been using galaxy note 4 32Gb for almost 2 years now. Many of my friends and colleagues are now using later Samsung models like Note5 or S7 and of course iPhone 6/7. But i have to say, i am yet to feel any necessity of upgradation of the device. Its still state of the art device. I am a regular traveler. of course i have power bank ( 1 5000 mAh + 1 20000 mAh), but nothing compares with my 2 extra removable battery. it always gives me flexibility to shoot non-stop photos and videos in any situation.
