No matter how bad/understocked SD chips become, going Mediatek for their Flagships will almost guarantee a DOA Flagship lol

AnonD-491921, 24 Jan 2017How about Notification Shade lag,Constant Disconnection from networks and a million other bugs... moreI don't experience any of those. The only 2 bugs I have is the touch latency which is barely noticeable unless u look for it and the occasional failure of auto rotate when switching task switcher in landscape mode.
Only a few have those bugs and as is the case with every phone the few with the bugs are the noisy ones in the forums leading people like u to believe it's a widespread issue...
I am pretty sure if I go to a Samsung forum I can dig out a tonne of bugs related to ur beloved TouchWiz too...

I don't see anything wrong with this. Unless Samsung intentionally did a backend deal for the chips for themselves, this is called business. It is often a big company used its huge purchasing power to stifle competitors by buying up raw materials. Apple did this also in the past for nand flash memory, until production caught up to demand. Yes, it sucks for some companies, but that's the way of the game.
Wah, since qualcomm take over ati amd mobile division, its grow more and more, btw the chipset keep growing until a time dunno yet they will running apu only
Great strategy and brilliant move, that's mean business guy! People will suffer by monopoly, it happen since stone ages.

Instead of focusing on their top tier Exynoses or mid range ones at least they go after Snapdragon.Smart move tbh.If they used snapdragon chipsets on their A series they would have been at least more worthy for the money.Sadly, there are still suckers who will buy a mid range chipset that probably won't be used anymore for a price of Kirin 950/955 or Snapdragon 820/1.
AnonD-114814, 24 Jan 2017This is a monopoly by samsung , that other manufacturers do not have the snapdragon 835Indeed it is.

Samsung is amazing. They are able to blame 100% on note 7 battery despite design flaws, so due to initial s8 design flaws too, they had go back to drawing board and are forced to delay their s8 flagship release, but they are still able to screw other oems by buying all s835 chips and leave nothing for other oems.
