We all know the idea behind a cell phone...some how it is out of control talking and texting while you driving and watching live tv more trouble on the road, thanks to the new technology and the big corp's who drives the market with more app's more speed more of this and more of that, more of everything...and more MONEY out of your pocket...look what happen to ericsson maybe nokia it is next, however stick to the original idea, the cell is there for you to communicate with others not to control the world with a pouch of button,......WAKE UP.......

Anonymous, 10 Feb 2011http://communities-dominate.blogs.com/brands/2011/02/the-nokia-ceo-burning-platform-memo-at-en... moreAFAIK, Nokia did not confirmed nor deny the memo. Normally, Nokia will write a complaint like it did within a few hours like when Engadget ran a story about Nokia's troubles a day before the 2010 4th quarter earnings call. The memo sounds like Elop during the earnings call and I do believe that it is authentic.

AnonD-1124, 09 Feb 2011Rumour has it we would be seeinga 32gb version of the n8 soonI am happy to see, leastwise they have understood the fact that world around them is really growing faster and faster, there is nothing extra ordinary in Android or iOS that Nokia cannot catch up and beat as well, it's a matter of time, which Nokia doesn't have in favour of them right now, but somehow I hope they will figure it out..!!

                      MEEGO out - BREAKING NEWS
Nokia has ended development of its first smartphone using its new MeeGo operating system before it was ever launched, two industry sources close to the company said.

A spokesman for Nokia declined to comment. The yet unproven MeeGo software platform, seen as a key weapon in Nokia's battle against Apple and Google in the high end smartphone market, was created early last year from the merger of Nokia and Intel's Linux-based platforms Maemo and Moblin.

Analysts said Nokia could still show the next MeeGo device, even if unfinished, later this week at its investor day in London on Friday or news conference in Barcelona on Sunday.

                          MicroKIA,

I would rather bash my n8 with a hammer and go buy the iphon4 from AT&T, I'm due for an upgrade...good timing.

Gosh, my stomach hurts thinking about Microsoft and Nokia.

                                  Stephen is Right...about 100%....
1.When Samsung and LG came with 1GHz processors, Nokia still stick with 600Mhz.
                                  2. Android does iOS helps lot of people to develop apps for it and enable them to make money....Nokia apps sucks...:(
                                  3. In display, HTC and apple went to 960pixels, Samsung launched LCD display....Nokia still clinging on its 640pixels even in their latest phone N8 and E7.....Come on....Nokia...You did the same with N97 last year....Wake up....you had enough sleep...

                                  To be true....
Unlike, other brands....Still Nokia is user friendly, Very good hardware platform.....and Excellent performance and long life...This is the reason....still it hold lot of market share....

I am also like to hear burning story like the one the guy did...:)
                                  Good luck Nokia...!!!

                                  Love,
