AnonD-1216, 10 Feb 2011do you really think that microsoft is unable to add some simple functions. MS is very strong i... moreif MS was strong with that they would have made a better desktopOS ....win7 fails i use ubuntu linux and it craps in windows face the ONLY thing windows has over linux is gaming

but that's not problem i'm just gonna use VM and boot windows on desktop

AnonD-171, 10 Feb 2011how am i blindSimple, by assuming that you think you know more than the CEO of the company, when you ain't even a Nokia staff to start with. If you claim that he is blind, you are definately worse off: You actually think you know Nokia better than the CEO do, don't you?

AnonD-1124, 10 Feb 2011Actually, no.the main reasons for symbians success in developing nations is that you don't hav... morein android you DONT have to hack apps because they are already FREE. that too much better quality and quantity of apps than in symbian.
also android has much better usability, integration, user interface.. etc so i dont see any reason why android in nokia wont be prefered in developing countries.

When I first got my Android phone last Feb, where I live the official Android Market has nothing but OFFICIALLY FREE apps! Only til last Oct we began to have paid apps as Google reached the deal with the network service providers.

And I can go to Android Market via wifi FREE of charge as well.

I hope Nokia will make me keep my usual use of their products tomorrow. If Nokia fails tomorrow, I'm probably off to Samsung. Or maybe I'll get a n N8 as a farewell gift to Nokia's bad performance over the last few years.

Nokia has been making the best devices period. However lately they were lost in being loyal to Symbian OS. I think a perfect match will be Nokia + Android. I dream of a day when I will buy a device with t his combo.

Symbian is still no.2. It’s great to be in 2nd position. Elop should be watching that racing car movie “Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby (2006)”.
In the movie Ricky Bobby comes second, thinks coming first is the only thing that matters, breakdowns and imagines he’s on fire. Same with Elop, Symbian comes second and he imagines the platforms on fire.
Elop looks like Ricky Bobby only 15yrs older.
