AnonD-1363, 11 Feb 2011i think 4 inch+ display is to large for a mobile phone. it's to large in hand, & to large... moreA device more than 4" is a NO for me, too!
these manufacturers are insane, and they force costumers to hold big bricks on their hands!
The bigger the better? this is suits only for Europeans or Americans with the big hands maybe, definitely not for Asians.

It's really funny to see people here saying "XXX MB... Oh... really disapointing.". It's a phone, a smartphone not a laptop/netbook. As you probably read the LG Optimus 2X review, although it has the potential, there is not a demand for such hardware on a smartphone, yet. For a smartphone, dual core 1.2 Ghz, 512 mb... More than enough, in my humble opinion.

512mb Ram? The only reason why they dont progress in memory upgrades is for the sake of profits. Seriously we need more powerful handsets. 512mb is a joke.

So, less video chip, same ram and an os that doesnt support
                dual core, dual band 3g...

Why would i want to change my sgs overclocked to 1.2mhz for this?

                This has to be fake.

                      pocketnow :
Expansys just pinged us with a statement claiming that "the alleged leaks of information are nothing more than speculatively populated product holding pages, created and designed for internal use only...we do not have full details of the specific products mentioned." However, the company is still "investigating how this information has entered the public domain." With so many inconsistencies in the published specs (Qualcomm processor in a Samsung device, only 512MB of RAM across the board, questionable CPU/GPU pairings), there's a pretty good chance that the etailer is on the level here; that being said, if these are not in fact the final specs of these devices, we suspect that they'll end up being very, very close.

a bit disappointing if true, but i don't personnaly think all those specs are true. Otherwise this is what people call an 'iphone' style upgrade which is a minimum yearly update, fortunately android fans are alert enough not to fall for that
