Well done Anon, you completely missed how close the vote was. A little under half didn't want to leave, and a considerable amount of folk who voted to leave regretted it and wish they'd voted the other way. Some of us actually like being part of the EU and believe that leaving is a selfish and arrogant move. But hey I was in an area who voted to stay. In regards to the whole geo-blocking I think it's a great idea to abolish it, much like roaming charges on phone networks.
Anonymous, 09 Feb 2017In fact, being in the EU has only losses. For example the lack of freedom and sovereignty of n... moresovereignty of nations?
it is 2017, globalisation is great, even UK still wants EU benefits while dont want to pay for it.
Only a very few people, the richest Western European snobs who are regularly travelling will benefit from this and the no roaming charges.
Obi Wan Kenobi, 09 Feb 2017Nice! I guess being in the EU has such good benefits....In fact, being in the EU has only losses. For example the lack of freedom and sovereignty of nations.
Irony here is that basically the only content people care about is UK or US (as a whole). I found it annoying that I couldn't watch most of my shows from my Fire Stick in Germany (most of which are US shows tbf). But you won't find many people from France wanting to watch a German show etc. In contrast lots of people (not just expats) want to watch BBC shows all over Europe.
Of course they should not be. They didn't want their fellow Europeans, now they won't get our products or services either. Good riddance you proud people ... btw Scotland, come back to us, we still love you!
