Fujitsu was first, with Nokia/Microsoft following shortly in 2015. Note 7 was way late. Apple fans even want to write down their Touch ID as the first phone fingerprint scanner on the world but unfortunately the first one was made by Toshiba.
And they'll call it innovation and will take all the credit other OEM had, long before ifruit knows how to make any phone.
