Making the technology more intuitive and accessible is what allowed it to go mainstream and get more than a nominal amount of investment and market share.
Sometime I wonder if the people here know anything about the industry or just like reading simple spec sheets.

Oh wow i didn't know they're still as successful - i don't know anyone anymore that still uses iphones. It's mainly older people who were tricked into thinking they are easy to use and then some 12 years old girls that buy them because they heard they're expensive and Bieber has one.
Good on them i suppose...

It's like saying I'm proud to love Hitler because of one good deed he did compared to what he did. And we are not even talking one good deed of salvation to change his life either. Just one random nice thing in between the rest of the chaos.
