HTC Desire HD Indian Version started getting the Android 2.3 update over FOTA, its 100 mb file. However, its with HTC Sense 2.1 not 3.0. I updated my phone 2 days back and its working pretty fine and with improved performance.

Android might be fueled by Google's efforts but Go... moreAnd thats why alot of android users root their phone and flash the new rom so that way you can ALWAYS have the most updated device even tho your phone is never going to see another update.

just seen a video on the 2.3 update it looks aufull its going backwards like 2.1 firmware if thats 2.3 i wont be updating.
