Wot time can I get iOS 4.3 update!?
i have the iphone4 and i have yet to experience a drop call from the "death grip" people were talking about. my only problem is the "hotspot" tethering. why do i have to pay extra to tethering?? its bad enough ATT charges a lot for the data plan. ugh!
huh....literally hate Apple
bought Iphone 4...and it stalls n reboots:( without any reason
tried formating, reseting to point blank, updated from 4.1 to 4.2 but nothing worked
this is the quality control of Apple.
and im now a real angry customer
Anonymous, 04 Mar 2011Haha.....my dell streak already has these features .........you dell streak is the shittiest device i've ever used and reviewed.
Kaloy, 04 Mar 2011My HTC already has the Personal Hotspot feature. HTC is really more advance than iPhone. Too bad!shame that the rest of the software is just not as user friendly as the iOS
Related to tethering: iPod Touch (or iPad, for that matter) could really _enable_ (because the hardware is there) net access via Bluetooth - so that one can use pretty much any inexpensive (so called) "feature phone" as an occasional data connection method.
Of course, it doesn't have a chance of happening - less people would _need_ iPhone or iPad with carrier contract, meaning less money to Apple...
Anonymous, 03 Mar 2011hmm strange that because Honeycomb is the latest version of android & isn't officially out... mores'funny that my stock sgs1 on eclair froyo (2.1) had it from the start
Charlie Croaker, 03 Mar 2011No symbian isn't going to die anytime soon.
see: http://www.symbian-freak.com/news/011/02/nok... moresays who ? GM of malaysia / singapore ? is he the one who decides?
just google "RIP Symbian" and youll see the CEO's intension of killing it.
Haha.....my dell streak already has these features

hmmm wonder y the iPhone is more popular maybe because its more user friendly. they have done what nokia did in a 2 decade in just 4 years and i hear they have just shipped 100mil iPhone (all versions)
dont get me wrong nokia are awesome but its a good move to go to wm7
Ludwik, 03 Mar 2011I agree.
I've said it before.
User experience is everything.
The iphone and the androids a... morehahaha
thats an epic and oh so true way of describing the different OS's
I think apple should add adobe flash 10.1 player in browser. Without it we are missing live video streaming.
My HTC already has the Personal Hotspot feature. HTC is really more advance than iPhone. Too bad!
APPLE_LOvR, 03 Mar 2011Is it compatible with my iphone 3GS ?? Is it supports Iphone 3GS ??yes! this update will be available for the iPhone 3GS..
as well as the 3rd gen iPod touch
not much of an update really...
wat abt the ipod 2g..they completly forgot the 2g w.t.f
RJ11, 03 Mar 2011that is correct, noone holds their phone that way (deathgrip).. but you don't actually need to... moreFirst of all, obiously I own an Iphone, and no I have never dropped a call because of your "DEATHGRIP", and no I don't use a case cause they're all pretty much ugly and add heft to the phone.
AnonD-2714, 02 Mar 2011lol honestly the java support is just catching up to honeycomb... and hotspot was on some of t... morehmm strange that because Honeycomb is the latest version of android & isn't officially out on any phone that's currently on the market (nexus S will be the first)
& show me the hotspot on any android OS prior to 2.2 when it was released as a feature....
& don't go on about rooted androids because wifi hotspot as been around on jailbroken iphones FAR longer than any rooted version of android & you'd still have to root your android to get stock 2.2 on it to get hotspot. I had a rooted 2.1 HTC Hero & hotspot was nowhere to be found.
Charlie Croaker, 03 Mar 2011OMG Personal hotspot!!! You're kidding, right?
Joiku Spot on Symbian has been offerin... morei think nokia need to buy joiku so they can license the hotspot and have it integrated in symbianOS for the oncoming update
but that means all the other devices that but everyone is catching up functionality wise with symbian .....app and UI wise nokia is catching up which wont be long
