Oppo is so popular in my country(PH), i dont really like oppo bcuz its so similar to iPhone but the success of oppo is selfie expert, people here still belive that more mp=better photos but no, thats why oppo take risk to make better cameras in the front cuz of people like selfies here alot, thats why oppo is so popular here compare to other brands but OnePlus is a success in the west cuz of near stock androis and not iOS style ui thats why oppo isnt as popular in the west compare here(yes im saying OnePlus bcuz, Fun Fact:Oppo, Vivo and Oneplus own the same company, BBK)
