Moral if the story: Nothing comes close to Apple's A10 Fusion. Not even the SD850
So as usual, the Exynos version is the one to get except it won't be compatible to U.S. LTE networks for it to be worth importing.
While the Snapdragon 835 of the S8 and Note8 will be slow again and have poor RAM management compared to OnePlus, LG, HTC, and everyone else using the same SD835 chip.
[deleted post]This video is the same YouTuber from the video that you've shared.
And this video shows how pathetic Xperia XZ memory management.
Anonymous, 17 Mar 2017All these powerful cores and GPU's... and it still loses out to an iPhone 7 plus that is 7 mon... moreUntil it comes to sustained performnace, multi threaded tasks which more than exist, and power consumption.
So keep trying
AnonD-292154, 17 Mar 2017Iphones have quad core cpu this year.Yes in deed its a quad core, however the two main cores are used for benchmarks and other third party apps (Hence dual core performance)
the efficient two cores are reserved for iOS system tasks and it is not open to third party apps
JordanBaby, 17 Mar 2017Who cares? Xperia XZ Premium and OnePlus 5 with SD835 are gonna beat the crap out of this junk... moreLmao. Nice try.
You talk about other people just hating on sony and loving samsung. But you are the one here doing the hating and crap talk and forcing false info of sony love and exaggerations here and getting called out for it.
And who cares? They will both perform well. Buy history shows us that the exynos will probably perform better. Just straight fact. And the gpu is potentially further ahead too.
And you obviously have zero knowledge in software
[deleted post]Or your poor inferior brand is just so desperate enough to stop its own main competitors to make a better phone than themselves. Go to sleep, kid. You don't even know a thing here lol
Anonymous, 17 Mar 2017Kinda depends which benchmark entry you pick.

Anonymous, 17 Mar 2017Isn't A10 a quad core?It is a quad core but, wen you run a bench mark it will only use the two main cores, the two efficient cores aren't accessible to third party apps
Been searching and waiting for this forever now.
Though I did expect a little more.
Though I think we will not be disappointed when it comes to sustained running and power sipping.
And I can't wait to see those gpu scores
really annoying with snapdragon's chips, why always a 1 gap in every of their single core processors..s810 was 1.5 then came s820 with 1.6 now s835 with 1.7 can't they be like apples single core big difference with it's predecessor.
AnonD-639496, 17 Mar 2017What if I told you that most people don't even care about the speed of a device and even the S... moreQualcomm could've just made a 10nm fabricated version of the SD820 / SD821, maybe like SD830 so that other companies like LG could use the real major effect of a 10nm processor even with the power of yesteryear, and just keep the SD835 exclusive for Samsung's use until Q2 2017. What makes me doubt though is the fact that Qualcomm allowed Samsung to keep the stock exclusive to Samsung only. I mean yes, Samsung helped them manufacture it, but that's just about it, the processor itself is still owned by Qualcomm and they're the only one allowed to keep its exclusivity to certain brands. Keeping it for Samsung's use means either Samsung paid them or they're just too much of a Samsung fan
JordanBaby, 17 Mar 2017Who cares? Xperia XZ Premium and OnePlus 5 with SD835 are gonna beat the crap out of this junk... moreWhat if I told you that most people don't even care about the speed of a device and even the SD 820 is more than fast enough to do any task. Heck, most people don't even care what their phone's processor is. And btw, a faster device doesn't necessarily a mean a better device. The one thing that get me excited is the 10nm chipset that uses 40% less power consumption.
AnonD-596148, 17 Mar 2017Can any one explain in easy language what is single core performance ?
And why apple almost... moreSingle threaded tests.
Why is the a10 so good? It's a "b3ast" chip (really huge) with lots of cache and super wide dispatch.

Yeah, it's really "b3ast". Almost as efficient as an a72
Who cares? Xperia XZ Premium and OnePlus 5 with SD835 are gonna beat the crap out of this junk chip, knowing for a fact that these two OEMs have excellent software optimization, and Samsung won't even make full use of their propietary SoCs. They can make the chip 0nm in size and they still won't be able to come close to the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus's speed and raw power with that
Kinda depends which benchmark entry you pick.
