I want to buy an iPad 2 but I hate how Apple don't go for the best parts. I also don't like their obsession with getting their iDevices slimmer. I want to go for a Xoom but I don't want to be an early adopter again.

Since the launch of the original iPad circuit boards have got small.
Since the only thing Apple have put in extra over the original iPad is 2 very cheap low res cameras. Then yes it will be simmer.
