I was wondering about this phone since AT&T here in USA was supposed to get it. Wonder now if AT&T will even bother since Nokia will use Microsoft OS in the future.

If AT&T will probably still sell this with S3 since it takes "forever........" for AT&T/Nokia to release a device.

Here's a good read about what's going on at Nokia. I recommend this link to all fanboys. Whether you're a die-hard Nokia fan, a fandroid or an iFan, this article is a good read.

[deleted post]You know what's funny? Apple and Nokia are the most bashed companies and while the iPhone is the best-selling smartphone, Nokia is the biggest phone maker. So why the hell there isn't alot of fans from theses companies here defending them? It's simple: they are not stupid. They are enjoying their phones and are not giving a * of what you guys are telling here. Hahaha, so go ahead, act like a troll, continue bashing big companies that you hate so much only because they are sucesfull, continue losing your time, sure your life got to be very boring.

Don't know about anyone else but my next phone will still be a Nokia. At around $350 outright, the C7 looks like excellent value compared to the myriad of $700 android clones about to hit the market.

Nokia is nokia and is going to top the chart very soon. I understand why you people are against nokia, that is because you people are interested to have nokia. Long live nokia.

It appears to be an almost ready product and probably shares the same internal hardware as the current Symbian^3 phones, so waiting until Nokia World would be stupid unless the plan to upgrade the specs as well.

My guess is that they are waiting for the PR 2.0 to be ready, and possibly they fear that it could cannibalize N8 sales if they announced it now. Many people would prefer the larger CBD screen over the N8's better camera, and it's also possible that they have AMOLED screen shortages (it probably has the same screen as the E7).

Nokia promised 20 more symbian handeset this year and even including meego phone n950. Also future symbian phone will have dual core ghz+ processor and true zoom feature(maybe n8 succesor).

lets start here. symbian is not dead. ovi is the 3rd largest n fastest growing store. word is, nokia would be releasing about 20 symbian models this year as they won't be able to ship wp devvices till q1 2012. thats a rumour though but i'm betting on more s3 models. especially in the lowend.

nokia is definitely not forgotten. their 8month old flagship is still topping the interests chart.
