Well of course, Samsung won't face supply issues with the S8. That's because its over priced and cumbersome garbage. None of the real improvements that need to be made have been imo. The software is still trash and will get barely any updates, especially on time. It'll inevitably slow down after 6 months and lag. They've gone backwards with the fingerprint sensor at the back and the phone being made bigger/taller. What was wrong with just trimming down the S7 sized screen? No stereo speakers, not even made the ear piece into a speaker like HTC and Apple. No extra ram to dedicate to the bloatware. Same sized battery. I'm struggling to see how this can sell.

Of course it wouldn't because consumers are still cautious about samsung phones and tbh, the s8 isn't very impressive.

GIven it is not a huge change, I am tempted to wait to see what Pixel 2 and Nokia flagship will offer as their not that faraway. Worthy wait given the dollars.

They don't even use them that much because they value time and money and engaged in their business or work on serious positions. Changing phone every half year is about low middle-class people who have can get a small credit or save 50-100 dollars from monthly paycheck to spend on new phone. Smart (reach people) won't spend their life on consuming BS content from smartphone. So it's a mistake to think that changing phones every half year is indication of financial succes. Contrary - it's an indication that this person most probably doesn't have a high income otherwise he wouldn't spend so much time, energy and future earnings on smartphone which will be obsolete after 1 year max (often after 6 months).

It look like blue in some angle, looks like silver grey and sometimes like purple. The lilac tinge is there. It remind me of s6 black sapphire that keep changing color in differemt lighting.
