Lets be fair!! if they have stated that to use tethering you must have a specific plan and now have managed to detect the people who are not abidding to this, then you should just be thankful you got away with it for the last 3 years!!!

Plus, by doing this, you have already broken your contractual agreement. Boo Hoo!!

rediculous!
ATT is fing up big by been all enal about their data its
bad!
they might find out how much youre using if you go over 2-3GB a month, they might flag your acount and or if you download a lot of GB's is certain amount of hours or min. also if the phone its debranded (android) the network will; show unknown phone so yeah. fk you att
they only reason im w/you guys is cus you use SIM and i like overseas phone.
