Of course the resellers will offer the devices for a mere 100 dollars more.. >:(
I love China for wrecking the markets.
Hope they will conquer European stores, so people could buy their phones from where they live, not online.
Amazing specs, amazing price.
Using OP3T myself and loving it more than previous Xperia Z3.
Price when purchasing Z3: 699€ - late 2014
Price when purchasing OP3T, 128 GB: 479€
Mix 2 will have 1440p I think, and I'm OK with QHD at that size. 1080p is OK until 5.5" in my opinion. actually I'm not into mobile VR so I can accept it until 6. but if vr is your thing, then 4k all the way.
Biggest good news for me is 5.1" screen. I was fearing they'll go to 5.5" path but xiaomi has always backed small form factor factor. Just couldn't believe how compact and lightweight my Mi5 was. Best xiaomi best. and also happy the screen is 1080p. lol. some people will get angry.
1080p 5.1".......love it. but I wish it was AMOLED.
I am really looking fowar to see more of the rumored Mi 6 plus with 5.7" screen, ok bezels, SD 835 chipset and a huge 4500mAh battery. I would liked to see them put a QHD screen instead of the rumored 1080p screen. Then again there's also the Mi Mix 2 with all that screen with little or no bezels with a big battery as well...hmmmm choices galore for Android fans?
I think sensor is same (excellent) IMX 378 used in Mi5s and pixel. Hope the processing is excellent just like pixels but sadly I know it can't.
But I know xiaomi will sell 4gb 64gb version for 25000 while oneplus will come with 8GB 128GB for 30000 (or at least 6gb ram but double storage) just like last year xiaomi sold 3gb 32GB for 25000 while oneplus gave double ram and storage for 28000.
All the necessary ingredients are in place. Let's see the final design and the camera performance. Everything else will be no doubt a flagship grade.
one more time, that price will be (if it will be) in China....in rest of the world, we would have to pay retailer profit margin, shipping and VAT, and all that to get a device without warranty and service network.
tnx, but SGS7 costs 350-400€ now, and this Xiaomi won't be better in enyway...yes it will have sd835, but it is not big difference on samsungs exinos, plus this one will be underclocked, as every other Xiaomi.
It's weird that each "leak" comes with different specs altogether apart from the chipset and screen. Time to see how it actually pans out.
Specs. Are at its Best and with the price its a shoe in success
Let's Thank the new Xiomi President for this gift of a phone
So that means that the Redmi Note 5 will use the Mediatek Helio X30...
Since the Surge chipset is targeted to the Mi series.
That moment when you realize you can get a phone with the lastest Snapdragon chipset cheaper than a badly-built, slow and overheating Xperia M4 Aqua from the Snapdragon 810 days at release.
first child, 06 Apr 2017What is its screen ratio? The resolution is there. 1920x1080. So standard 1080p in 16:9.
