If you want one and can afford one, then you have $ome buck$, too. On the other hand we get the "deals" only because we're 6th or 7th in line to get the new release, so they need to $weeten the deal for us. A few years ago, USA was 1st in the lineup, but no more. Don't get me wrong, when it comes to buying SmartPhones & stuff, I'll take 7th or even 10th place, with a BIG $MILE !!

HzMeister, 07 Apr 2017I wonder if the sprint version of the G6 is gsm unlocked. I'd buy it, cancel the service and s... moreIt isn't GSM sim unlocked. You need call their customer service and ask for international and domestic unlock. The former is faster to get. The domestic one can take a few days.
I did Sprint for a month before moving to T-Mobile. I actually enjoyed their customer service. Their network can be spotty in some places but my overall experience wasn't that much worse than my current one with TMo.
I don't think this deal is that great because you need to pay full retail if you don't want a contract. So Sprint forces you to pay $14+ for the next 24 months or $700 if you don't want a contract. The G6 price will drop dramatically in a couple months anyway. Sub-$400 full retail before October.
My G5 was much better when I can pay the balance on the same day and won't deal with being stuck with contracts. Also, the G6 feels like a 2016 flagship with questionable camera and battery life. I already have a SD821 SoC with the Pixel. I already ownee three 2016 flagships with stellar cameras.
G6 is like a late-2016 model of a flat screen S8 with only Gorilla Glass 3. Disappointed in the early 2017 flagships so far. By September, things should get much better with Note8, V30, Pixel 2, Nokia 8, and iPhone Edition.
I wonder if the sprint version of the G6 is gsm unlocked. I'd buy it, cancel the service and sell the google home for $100.
Indeed this kind of deals make me feel so jealous. The Americans always have the reduction promo deals and we suffer to buy them very expensive. I like it and I hate it too. This phone is one of my favourite phones to have. I will wait when the price comes down ending of this year I will get one for myself. Good luck US
$354?! Not bad! I was preaching this since they announced the price of the G6 as it was too expensive to my taste. That's very competitive versus an S7 Edge
Schulz, 06 Apr 2017Indeed Muricans are really lucky to by flagship phones for this price tags. Why? This carrier-branded phone will almost certainly never get security updates, and Sprint's network is about as good as just trying to find open Wifi and using that instead.
techlover1, 07 Apr 2017Me too, hahaIn my place, Xperia Z3 still $350~$450. Z freaking 3.
I originally expect Z4 tablet become affordable now, but nope, still at $570 minimum. Ended with Xiaomi mipad first gen with microsd expansion. couldn't be happier tough.
ProJames, 06 Apr 2017Great deal! I wish there was this kind of deal where I live.Me too, haha
Wow, that is a nice price!
So how much does the sd 821 U Ultra cost now?
Because the LG G6's normal price is indeed half its normal price. Think about it.
Buying an LG is already depressing but having it on sprints network is just pain pathetic. I genuinely feel sorry for the person who falls for this marriage.
But, it's Sprint.
Sprint should give you the phone, $100 U.S. and some beer just for tolerating their network.
Great deal! I wish there was this kind of deal where I live.
