whats the hell meaning of news, i am on orange, i can't see any update message? unhh stop selling only half information which just annoy people nothing else
AnonD-1227, 23 Mar 2011I can't help but think that Nokia is directly or indirectly responsible for this update.Well, I am not sure about what I am to say but I think, developers had some of these functions in Windows Phone from the beginning however they might not be able to control them effectively so they push the OS to market and continue to work around the left-overs.
I am saying this because we all heard and even seen copy/paste from a long time in Windows Phone, and recently another video shows the multi-tasking in it.
AnonD-4463, 23 Mar 2011I feel ripped off, who cares anyways....I can live without copy and paste..since my HD7 is T-m... moreYou do not use copy paste, its fine however saying "who cares" is not fine at all for those who value copy paste and for someone like me who cannot live without copy paste in my cell phone. We need copy paste, we need true multitask the way WinMo had and Symbian has, and other things that WinMo and Symbian had since forever. We want them back in this OS too.
This article is about WP7 update. Why people are talking about Android, Symbian and Opera Mobile here? Jesus.
I can't help but think that Nokia is directly or indirectly responsible for this update.
Yet Another Android, 23 Mar 2011Can't you read? Opera has Flash and HTML5 support with the update that came out yesterday. Upd... moreYou are the one who cant read. it is clearly stated that new opera versions are for Android, Symbian, MeeGo, Maemo and Windows 7 desktop. NOT WP7!!! Go back to 1st grade.
AnonD-4470, 23 Mar 2011What is a NoDo?NoDo is the codename for the copy and paste update. And then... Nothing to Do until the main update - codename Mango - come late this year adding multitasking and other goodies.
Also I forgotten, Windows is always a big trouble on PC and laptop, How about mobiles?? it will be even a bigger trouble....
Open Source OS...Cheers
AnonD-669, 23 Mar 2011How about the flash support on web browser? When is it, MS?Can't you read? Opera has Flash and HTML5 support with the update that came out yesterday. Update your Opera browser numbskull.
ctrlv, 23 Mar 2011Such a bug fuss about a function that all other smart phones have and which it should have had... moreU r forgetting wp7 ws created frm scratch and released just last year. Keep up the good work Microsoft!
dont you think it would be wise for a company to first work on the basics of their os and then pile on any extras? if i do remember the beloved ios didnt have copy/paste to start off with (and only got it with the 3gs) and many other os' had alot of the features that this new one has started out with.
I feel ripped off, who cares anyways....I can live without copy and paste..since my HD7 is T-mobile branded, it's gonna take a Whiiiiiiillllleeeeeee for an update. If i'm not mistaken the update is only for non-branded wp7 phones..bummer
