Anonymous, 27 Mar 2011One more spec to verify before I decide whether I can actually consider HTC or refuse them - i... moreThe EVO 3D Dualcore CPU is based on the Cortex A8 architecture. Thats the reason for clocking to 1,2 GHZ instead of 1 Ghz.
But the Snapdragon Soc has also advantagaes over the typical ARM architecture... for example independent controlling of the singe cores
hope could help you :)
One more spec to verify before I decide whether I can actually consider HTC or refuse them - is the processor based on the Cortex A8 or A9 platform?

If the screen resolution is the only real difference between this and the LG Optimus 3D, I won't bother waiting the extra 3 months or so for HTC to release this in the UK.
